To easily manage your account on Vialandis, various tools are at your disposal:
 Edit your hotel card
All the information about your hotel can be changed at any moment. You can also upload five photographs to help illustrate your hotel’s description. The more details you add, the more it facilitates the visitors’ search and thereby giving your hotel more chances of drawing their attention to your establishment.

Optimize your filling rate
You can update your availabilities and rates through the user interface. You can also see the reservations which have been realized, the filling rate by types and categories of rooms. And you have the opportunity to receive reservations one year in advance!

Create reservations
When a customer makes a reservation on Vialandis, you are immediately informed of the booking by email or fax. You can update your schedule in time. And if you don’t have enter your availabilities previously, you can easily confirm or reject reservation requests.

Post promotional offers
You can manage rates for any season and for each category of room. You can also create promotional offers until the last minute by specifying prices from day to day.
