They are completed by Specific Conditions of Selling, added to the services bought through the website Vialandis.
These conditions are linked to:
• The booking of an accommodation in a hotel, depending
on the establishment and/or the hotels group or guide to which the
hotel is affiliated to ; ;
• The cancellation terms of the previous paragraph reservation.
The Specific Conditions of Selling are mentioned when selecting a room before validating the request of booking.
By
validating the request of booking, the user explicitly accepts the
Specific Conditions of Selling and the Conditions and Terms of Use.
We
reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or
remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time by publishing on our
site a new version.

1. Implementation
The Terms of Use apply to any present and coming commercial
relationship between Tourisme Voyages Loisirs Promotion SARL
Vialandis, 16 Chaussée de l'Etang 94160 Saint-Mandé, France (“We”) and
the user of this site (“You”).
You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, unless we have first accepted them in writing.
2. Services
The site www.vialandis.com
offers You a selection of hotels rooms proposed by various guides and
hotels groups and the possibility to make e reservation online.
The reservation made through www.vialandis.comis directly handled by the reservation centre of the guide or hotels group to which the selected establishment is linked.
When booking on Our website, a confirmation reply for your request will automatically be sent to you.
Your
demand is then sent to the reservation center of the guide or hotels
group to which the selected establishment is linked.If the availability
or the rates are not confirmed when making the reservation, the
establishment will send you the details specifying the terms of
booking.You will then have the possibility to accept and confirm your
reservation or to simply refuse/reject it.
The confirmation or
refusal of the requested service will be sent to your email address
which you indicated when you initially requested Your reservation on
Our website.
Our obligations on your behalf will be assumed to be
discharged.In case of acceptance, the contract will be supposedly
concluded between You and the hotel to which you have booked one or
more rooms.
The preliminary offer mentioned in the 13 July 1992 law is constituted by the information given on the website www.vialandis.com,
by email, by these Conditions and Terms of Use and also by the Specific
Conditions of Selling are bound to the selected establishment when
booking.
Only the price benefits explicitly mentioned in the Reservation or Order form are part of the package deal.
3. Price
The rates of the hotel services posted on Our website are given in
Euros with VAT included and are final when the contract between You and
the hotel to which you have booked one or more rooms is concluded.
Some
establishments don’t have the ability to give rates and availability in
real time. The reservation will be firm and definite only after you
confirm the proposal of price made by the hotel.
hen booking online, you accept to pay the following amounts :
• Eventually
a deposit or a down payment (depending on the selected hotel as
specified in the Specific Conditions of Selling when booking under the
term “Specific conditions of booking”) ;
• The booking fees linked to the reservation on a set
price of 3.00 € VAT included.
These sums are due only when is the reservation is firm and definite,
which means when you receive the booking reservation by email. If the
conditions given by the selected hotel are not in accordance with Your
initial choice and thus, You decide not to confirm your reservation,
the sums due will not be drawn out from Your account. The booking fees
are not refunded because of cancellation of the reservation
The remaining sums for the reservation of the room will be paid directly to the hotel when arriving at the establishment.
4. Means of Payment
Carte Bleue, American Express, Visa and Eurocard/ Mastercard are accepted on our website for payment.
Bank
checks and cash are accepted only for payment in the hotel you have
booked and for the part of the total cost of the reservation that would
have not been paid.
5. Change and cancellation
A change or modification of reservation is not possible. You will have
to cancel the reservation and, eventually, make a new reservation using
new criteria.
The
cancellation of Your booking is made under the terms specified by the
establishment to which the reservation has been done, as specified in
the Specific Conditions of Selling when booking under the term
“Specific Conditions of Cancelling”.
Your request should be issued
via the online form posted on our website under the title “cancel a
reservation”. Incomplete requests will not be carried out. The date of
change or cancellation will be the date of reception of the email.
The
cancellation is valid only after receiving our email in return.
Cancellation fees can be withdrawn from your credit card in accordance
with the cancellation terms specified by the hotel, as mentioned
specifically in the Specific Conditions of Selling when booking under
the term “Specific Conditions of Cancelling”.
6. Force majeure
Juridical consequences will apply and the following facts will
constitute, according to the case, causes of extinguishments or
postponement of the client or the supplier commitments.
It
is expressly stipulated that force majeure delays, stops or makes
inordinate from an economic point of view, the achievement of their
reciprocal commitments.
7. Claims
Claims should be sent to Tourisme Voyages Loisirs Promotion
SARL Vialandis, 16 Chaussée de l'Etang 94160 Saint-Mandé, France by
registered letter within a period of 30 days following the end of the
service to which the claim is issued.
8. Personal data
We commit to protect Your personal data. We urge you to take every
precaution to protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy
Policy.
We may need to collect information about you to process the
transaction. We will only disclose personal data to third parties if
this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with
us.

accordance with French Laws. In case of litigation between You and Us,
French tribunals are the only body competent to deal with the issue,
whatever delivery place or payment terms. |
